STAY.
Azienda Mandranova: Family run boutique hotel set on a working olive farm in the heart of Agrigento.
Dimora Del Balze: Just a 20 minute drive outside of Noto, the design-focused estate offers stunning grounds, and one of the best Sicilian breakfast offerings each morning.
Belmond Hotel Grand Timeo: Set on the hillside overlooking Taormina, Belmond Timeo is sophisticated luxury that stays true to its Sicilian charm.
Belmond Sant D’Andrea: The slightly more casual sister property to Timeo, Sant D’Andrea offers the luxury of a 5 star hotel on a beautiful pebble beach.
Monaci Delle Terre: Countryside villa in the heart of Mt. Etna wine country that overlooks private vineyards, gardens and orchards (which ingredients are pulled for all meals).
SEE+DO.
We did somewhat of a road trip through Sicily, which I would certainly recommend. There are so many different areas with different landscapes, and a road trip allows you to experience so much more. We flew into Palermo and briefly explored the area before heading to the southern and eastern coastline, hitting the below areas and regions.
